Yoni steaming is a wholistic practice that consists of allowing warm, herbal infused steam to rise up into the uterus. The nutrients found in each herb promote ultimate health and womb rejuvenation.

You are spotting fresh blood
You are on your menstrual cycle
You have an IUD inserted
You have an active infection
You have spontaneous bleeding or 2 menses a month
You are pregnant or trying to become pregnant


Steep 1-2 tablespoons of herbs in about 3 cups of boiling water.
Allow the water to cool down for 20-30 minutes for a comfortable warm steam (the steam should not burn or be painful).
Remove all clothes from the waist down, wrap a blanket or scarf around your waist to keep steam from escaping then squat or sit over the pot for 10-20 minutes.
First time steamers should start with an 11 minute session to see how their body responds. Steaming for over an hour is unnecessary and could be dangerous. Remember, less is more!
